Issue Procedure for Fabrication, Lifting and Installation.
Crosscheck between Isometric and P&ID, update to Owner.
Mark up and separate test package for Hydro & Leak test.

PIPING & MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Make plan and KPI for piping base on facility and environment of project.
Control plan of manpower, working days, production facilities and equipment for the detailed proceeding progress of working it as in order and a day in accordance with production plan.
Estimates productivity and requires improving manpower, purchase tool and equipment.
Review all procedure use for piping fabrication and installation
Check P&ID drawing, piping layout drawing, piping isometric drawing, piping support drawing before use for construction.
Review piping plant for fabrication and installation.
Monitor piping fabrication and made daily report to Owner.
Contact with subcontractor and review all hydrostatic test, leak test before testing.
Review plan for testing and monitor process Mechanical Completion.
Review all datasheet, drawing, manual instruction for equipment (pump, vessel, tank, generator, crane, winch)
Monitor and witness install and testing for equipment (pump, vessel, tank, generator, crane, winch)
Check all as-built drawing and hydrostatic test, leak test package before handover to Owner.
